About Us
A BRIEF HISTORY OF ST. PAUL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL
ST. PAUL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, Dimapur was inaugurated on 23rd January 1978 by Mr. I.K.Chankija, the then ADC of Dimapur and blessed by late Rt. Rev. Abraham Alangimattathil, the then Bishop of the Diocese of Kohima. The school is owned and run by the Sisters of the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (SABS).
The school had a humble beginning with 3 (three) Classrooms, 2(two) teachers and an enrolment of 60 (sixty) students. Sister Rose Teresa took charge as the first Headmistress and Sr. Theresa Kizhakethottam and Sr. Elsy Paikathe were the first teachers.
